So, Cisco laid off ~6000 employees this week. They have a terrible ELT (read their board) and the WD ELT is from Cisco. Watch what is happening to them and you will see what is coming. It ain't pretty. DG was there for many years as was Christine - they are masters of deceit and laying off people. Good Luck! They don't care about people - at all! You all know it and have seen it. Why would you stay? Gluttons for punishment? Afraid you won't find a job? Skills out of date? Well, enhance your skills and plan for getting a new job - sooner rather than later. It will be harder the further the closer we get to holidays.

@1mzt+1uz287L2, while those people are not id--ts, to think that they are talented more than most and got there solely by merit is a fallacy. A lot of times people get there by aligning themselves with the right crowd.

Sells off property, cuts 401ks, layoffs 100s domesticly, laysoff 1000s overseas, gives himself huge bonuses, but returns no stock or revinue gains since taking over. What you admire in leadership is strange.
I wouldn’t be so sure of that. DG is a gladiator and did a lot for Cisco. Anyone who gets to VP is extremely talented and takes a lot of merit to get there. If we just had a positive outlook, I think stock would be a lot better. I don’t think leadership doing bad at all.

I am pretty sure we had less layoffs in the last 3 years when compared to Cisco, intel, Amazon etc.
ah, new here, and unaware that we are survivalists of many attempts change the place with each attempt seemingly deflected by the guardians of this galaxy, some who are thousands of miles away, so there's plenty of skepticism and just do'in what we do
