Genpact is laying off 129 employees out of the Chicago office due to Kraft not renewing their contract for Supply Chain. Rumors are they are moving the roles overseas.

@1mrt That is exactly what they continue to do. They are top secret with their severance as well. Its all so the employees are willing to complete the training

Kraft outsourced Supply Chain to Mexico and made Genpact employees train their employees before laying them off. I wonder who is next in Kraft’s chopping block.

Genpact is not giving the employees their severance dollar number or calculation until their last day of employment. Noy great PR….
My wife worked there, and they had a call with 200 employees and they all got laid off today
