When world around faces layoff... be grateful peeps and let your fear go away for qulacomm is in a very good position... at least for next 2-3 yrs. Its hiring time. To much work and less people. Off course underperformer are always in a risk.
Yep, even design engineer, those high power people think they are disposable. We will see but right now Qcom is so far so good
@1mrs I can confirm this, especially if the person is doing menial engineering job like bench testing. Becomes disposable.
I think those under perform employee are those who don’t have good relationship with their manager or not the right majority race in the company
Not 100% true, some underperforming employees will get notice on September. Be honest.
