And that's why you're using your sales id because they can target for Kris and surveys. Having surveys during a spiking pandemic is so employee centric especially at 100 and 90% attainment rate of 85% .The backlash not just by the managers could cause a moral or even worse problem for those reps. I was redeployed in June and my home store opens August 1st and is BAU not appointment only or curbside pickup only, our nearest corporate location is curbside only
I saw w hat happened with BAU and in many ways it was unsafe for many many circumstances usually a manager decision!

My question is with our new BS commission structure starting.. how would a store get credit for selling. Upsell , accessories, TMP.. etc?
I have been curbside and appointments only for over a month now. It’s difficult at times but most customers understand. Using smart links has actually helped. I am one that doesn’t drink the kool aid but if it works it works.
I overheard a manager discussing some new procedures going forward. One that I find is huge and interesting is tech support type issues. An example is that if a customer comes to the door with let’s say a charging issue then they must make an appointment to get things looked at and yes it won’t be for that day. Same thing goes for questions about their bill. Appointment only. All locations. Cue the Michael Jackson eating popcorn gif. I would hate being a manager working that door all day lol.
No this is false. They are going to a digital first approach. You’ll lead with smartlinks. If all else fails business as usual. Nothing about curbside
