Next will be the Yogi master and goat massages.

How about treating employees like humans and meet the customers expectations with good products and stop the shell game of who can come up with a new name for the same product and different pricing

What is social-emotional learning?
Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. Hmm........

The execs need training in how to manage humans, not machines. Oh, but they don't care as long as their salaries are high and their golden parachutes remain.

AT&T workers can't be trained. We are not dogs. We've been doing the same thing for 30 years. Not gonna change.

Getting enough BS engagement in reality, now they want to do the same in VR. No thanks, my VR realm is holy ground for gaming only, no room for the corporate trash. Next thing they want you to create avatars and collaborate in Second life.

"help Employees develop social-emotional skills"

hahahahahah.
Shove it. I'm here to make as much $$$ in as short a time as possible.
How is management going to help me with skills they don't have?
Shut up and try to retain some customers.
What a joke of a virtual signaling, social justice warrior, BS company.

This is a complete waste of time and employee focus. Corporate Busy work and a job well done by a governing group with nothing to do, while our entire customer experience and services hit the ground like a grand piano. We are professionals, not college students. Get rid of these internal groups with nothing to do but make busy work, stupid procedures, "career management" and extend the red tape...... #Useless
