Essentially yes, you are on point. Cummins have gotten away for years by cycling through engineers and getting rid of them. And if you go to glassdoor and other career sites, cummins is a 4 letter word in the industry. It's the place you go to if you have no where else to go for now.
Its because they treat engineers like cattle and lay them off every 3-4 years. Hadjis are the only ones that will work there now.
