Unquestioned Leadership by 2025 ?

https://www.anandtech.com/show/16823/intel-accelerated-offensive-process-roadmap-updates-to-10nm-7nm-4nm-3nm-20a-18a-packaging-foundry-emib-foveros

Since 2021 after almost 4 years, Intel developed 4 process nodes. Only Intel 7 has been adapted for mass production. Intel 4 only delivered limited product lines (tiles). After Intel 4 there is actually no customer (Intel CPU goes for TSMC instead). In the end of the road map by 2025, our CEO promised an "Unquestioned Leadership" to get back. Any one understand what exactly does "Unquestioned Leadership" mean ?

Unquestioned as in, don't question me and my paycheck pleb. Eyes down, hands on the keyboard, repeat after me "we are Intel family, and these are macroeconomic headwinds"

It's a play on words, telling scrubs like us to not question him as a leader. No mention of the thing that he will be leading though, pile of corpses?

On a serious note. "Unquestioned leadership" refers to a leader or leadership role that is widely accepted and respected without doubt or challenge. In this context, the leader's authority, decisions, and vision are trusted, and followers typically defer to their judgment without raising objections or concerns. This kind of leadership often stems from a strong track record, charisma, expertise, or a deeply established position of power or influence.

Pat is delusional if he thinks Intel will recover the leadership role it once had in the industry 25-years ago.

This is actually culture problem in Intel. PowerPoint experts do not responsible for Intel 4 result. they get high performance with good pay. Intel 4 development engineers get low performance and layoff.
