Amazing they have a introduced a change to executive comp pkg ab incentive awards. Why do these fkers think they deserve anything. The c-suite is the cause of all this mess. They cover for each other’s cluster fks.
I've heard Finance is a hot mess - seriously a hot mess....
I hear more and more are leaving Hickory too. They need to revamp the entire Finance group starting with Alex and his minions. They are letting people go and then backfilling under different title and then backfilling those with the same tactics. Time to hit rewind and carve this thing up to give these overpaid id--ts walking papers.
