Lawyer told me to record any calls from GAC. No permission needed. They don’t need to be informed they are being recorded. Don’t use a lawyer in Savannah. They won’t be tough on GAC because they all know each other. Mine is in Atlanta.

We are using Buckley-Beale law firm in Atlanta. The advise they gave was to examine the number of employees over the age of 40, as there may be age discrimination. They also have a division looking into a class action suit based upon violating warn act. They only way GAC is going to avoid problems is to have a severance package too good to refuse.
You need to get a gourp employees and do a class action law suit against Gulfstream.
