Ours was slightly different. We had the team meeting and in that manager mentioned he is going to schedule 1:1 with all.
Received my notice for my meeting with my manager at 12:30 noon today. The title of the zoom meeting is called 'business update'. Why is this significant? Because our normal daily morning meeting was canceled for the whole team. BTW I'm a FSE.
Many from our team got 1:1 zoom with manager for Wednesday and the manager mentioned that it is for appraisal completion to the whole group. Not sure what to make of it.
So sorry and yes. As for HR the manager sends it to them separately. Why the bother at this point is anyone’s guess.

I work in presales engineering and we lost a few people. My manager called me into a meeting and broke the news. Seems presales lost some newer talent, likely to limit severance pay? But every senior person I work with remains

Have a 1x1 with manager tomorrow Tuesday told me to reject calls and stay home. Laptop also disabled now only basic email only access. 38 years combined always had good review never a bad incident. This comes down to money. It’s a shot in the gut so sad
