While employee friendly companies have recognized that work from home can be an operational and cost effective model, Resideo leadership appears not to care about its employees health/stress level but focused only on butts in seat and thinks things will go back to the old normal.
No wonder this company can’t find/keep good resources. Old minds and old ways...

This thread is so funny and is coming from Austin ... we all know the move to Austin is because the CEO did not want to move... so instead made the whole company move...and used the money of Rezi to finance this. Now the losers in Austin threaten that if they don’t have their gourmet lunches and Xbox... bad things will happen.... who is the director managing those losers again?
Hypocrisy at its finest. Their new P&S leader works for home with no plans to move to Resideo’s HQ and 10:1 odds that any new CEO doesn’t either.
Who would want to take over as CEO? Dont see that happening anytime soon....REZI deffered their payments to honeywell. I bet there is some serious discussion there in coming months

@1lik I’m not sure what your point is. Who said anything about not being held accountable when working from home? You’re accountable for your work regardless of where you are physically located. The belief that employees need to come into an office to be babysat like a bunch of children in order to do their work is outdated and does not foster accountability. Many of us are responsible adults who are capable of actually working from home, it’s called professionalism and work ethic.
Yeah... why should people be held accountable to actually work at home. What about Netflix? What about xboxes? What about drinks and sushi??? We want it all! We deserve this now. As developpers Resideo owe us!
Not unless the new CEO they bring in has a completely different perspective and doesn't listen to the people that our outgoing CEO relied on.
