Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

Is this forum the only place for internal TD honest conversations?

According to internal communication we are laser focused and successful like never before

The only true measure is the financial results. What do those tell you?

VL should have issued an apology for the unprofessional and childish conduct by the LT at the San Diego Town Hall (gin & tonics, golf shenanigans, and what people were wearing). Really? We’re supposed to listen to our leadership team yucking it up while there are employees worried about losing their jobs? It’s hard to take this place seriously anymore. They are completely out of touch.

@exu+13rgfMXy We don’t have the talent. There are good engineers working in cloud but the leadership is c-ap. The VPs have no clue, the architects are all fighting each other and the rest of us are like what now.

There’s vision but also a very huge staffing issue. We have no where near enough people to operate successfully.

Does it seem laser focused? The cloud teams have nothing to work with and no vision other than “copy snowflake”. Downward spiral.
