It’s a shame to see how this failed integration has revealed the incompetence of Oxy IT management.
We’re now 10 months from the merger and hardly anything has been integrated. L-APC still operate on a separate computer system and struggle to access Oxy’s network. There are two setups for everything, even joining Vicki’s townhall!
Worst of all, none of the production data systems have been integrated. It’s basically impossible for Texas Delaware to operate as a consolidated asset.
Where did things go so wrong over there? What are all those VPs and Directors doing all day?
