I can confirm this is not a troll post. Expected numbers: 50% of all mts1 to be let go, 30 % of mts2, 20% mts3, 12 % smts and 5-6% staff1/2. Mostly Tanzu, VMC, Carbon and SRM/DR.

You can't work hard and keep your division or job because there is only one division and no one knows what the customers are paying for. I think VCF is just a trap to squeeze the customers to the max for a couple of years as everyone needs a couple of years to figure out alternatives to VMware. By that time the senior execs have cashed in and it doesn't matter what happens next. So, most people will be cut within two years.

I think this is expected. A few weeks ago, there were big cuts in US and India. Now it's Sofia's turn.
