Is that right? Would this be the same transformation that literally drove hundreds of customers away? Would this be the same transformation that had us ring up any override as a “bluelight special” override code so we wouldn’t be constantly belittled on the conference calls for not having enough blue lights when we were lucky to hit $8,000 in sales for the day. Or how about the carts upon carts of merchandise pushed out the doors daily and the d–g needles we found on the bottom shelf in toys or the condom pressed between towels in home fashions. Maybe it’s the human waste that was spread all over the walls, sink, hand dryer in the bathroom. Or how about the feet upon feet of empty counters that will filled with totes, toilet paper, anything to make it look like we were a real store. Oh wait maybe it’s the van that drove through our roll up door in receiving 3 months before we closed the the public. Ya it’s a transformation alright. I spent the better part of 12 years trying to make Kmart work, so DONT tell me I haven’t been in the trenches trying. Now there isn’t a Kmart for several hundred miles, yep a real transformation you got there!
