I don't know what, when, or even if a reorg is going to take place, but I do believe that the TIS Director level needs a thorough shake-up.
@1ky, it appears you are hesitant to engage with qualified individuals. Developing a stronger intellectual foundation is necessary. The era of jobs being secured solely by race is over. Do you feel threatened? Focus on building relevant skills."
Here I was thinking this board was a safe place from the Enbridge IndianT soldiers.
@19b ranting whiner or useless corrupt (indian) troll?
@mk says a non Indian who most likely got the job because you knew someone. LOL. Do you have IT SKILLS or just lip service as your key qualification?
@195 High-performing teams base decisions on objective facts rather than emotional reactions, removing the personal bias that often fuels workplace blame cultures.
@mk Professionals lacking specialized skills or formal qualifications frequently experience anxiety, which can manifest as a tendency to attribute personal setbacks to exaggerated or external obstacles. Relying on blame rather than accountability serves as a psychological defense to protect one's self-esteem and avoid self-critique.
@mk Professional expectations are shifting to prioritize tangible results and emotional intelligence over social networking. Moving forward, those who rely on leisure-based networking may be displaced by highly skilled, educated professionals. Success will increasingly depend on IQ and EQ rather than demographic background.
Off-shore / Indian workers are predominately incompetent liars so it makes sense for TIS to give them more work and control.
Wild choice to contract out essentially the entirety of TIS and THEN purchase three gas utilities and try to amalgamate all systems.
I heard they found the 5 non Indians in the department and they will be sent to the departure lounge in preparation for the next round of layoffs.
