I have been here for a long time and I have heard the word 'restructure' many times. Why is it that those who remain in the company are worse off after each one?

@1kls+1li5HiUD no need to feel hurt for those who got laid, but that's cool of you to feel hurt for those waiting.
For people who staying long enough, wouldn't say those were restructure. Better called it annual layoff exercise, aimed to meet Wall Street's numbers, funding CD & new-hired high-paid executives.
Feel shame to see many good leaders choose to leave.
Feel mysterious to see jobs gone to India.
Feel disgrace to see deteriorating design.
Feel hurt for those got laid recently and those waiting.
It sucks knowing no matter how hard i work and towe the company line my superiors are working just as hard to outsource my job.
