I’m not coming in to the office as is most of my team. The couple of times I went in, there was hardly anyone around. RTO, like every other TK initiative is a big fat joke.

“I agree, anyone who really had a real job offer wouldn't still be here posting on this site. Don't lie about your current situation. You're fooling nobody with your ridiculous claims.”
I guarantee you it’s TK’s cronies encouraging people to find a job elsewhere. That’s what they want - people leaving on their own without CSG having to pay severance.
I've applied for dozens of jobs that I thought I was qualified for but received no response. I now believe the reason that so many of us feel trapped at CSG is because we're trying to leave a failed company and it's really difficult if you haven't changed jobs in a long time.
I agree, anyone who really had a real job offer wouldn't still be here posting on this site. Don't lie about your current situation. You're fooling nobody with your ridiculous claims.
“Anyone claiming right now to have a new job lined up but is waiting for severance in the next round of layoffs is lying through their teeth. There are no more planned layoffs for at least 6 months.”
It’s happening. But don’t let that stop your screaming “it’s a lie! It’s a lie!” like a little b*tch
“What are the odds that any employer will offer a candidate a job, and then just wait for that person to get back to them when they received severance and is ready to leave?”
Actually, I know of more than one person doing minimal work at Citrix (not gonna call it the other name) while working a second job and keeping the Citrix job for the severance payout. It’s happening whether you want to believe it ir not.

"I have a fantastic job lined up. I’m just waiting for my severance"
What are the odds that any employer will offer a candidate a job, and then just wait for that person to get back to them when they received severance and is ready to leave?
Is it one in a million, one in five million, or the lined-up job offer is simply a lie?
“I suggest to all of the tough guys on the board to maybe do a quick job search - a serious one - over the next few weeks, then get back to us. 12 months ago any id--t could land multiple offers for more money just because every decent tech company was hiring any warm body that was remotely qualified for the job. For the last few months, top guys have been struggling to get interviews.”
Right. And I suggest you sit on a power saw. I don’t report to you, so I won’t be sharing my future plans except to say that unlike the “top guys” you know, I have a fantastic job lined up. I’m just waiting for my severance AND laughing my a** off at TK getting his XXXXL stained tighty whities in a bunch over people working remote. This place is a damn clown show ever since we went private. I know it, you know it, leadership knows it, and so does man-hog TK. Want to know why there’s no strategy or end game discussed? BECAUSE THERE IS NONE.
Last week LinkedIn News posted an update on job growth entitled "The job market is solid right now — and other happenings in the world of work" -- go read it and decide for yourself what is real in recruitment, and what is fearful disinformation.
For every one of the large tech companies that over-hired last year and now has to lay off thousands of employees, there are dozens of smaller tech companies that are still interviewing and trying to land high-performance talent in the U.S. market.
Granted, the keywords are "high-performance talent" -- like they were for all employers that hired wisely last year. The market for skilled and experienced talent is still active.
Also, the person who said "any id--t could land multiple offers for more money" is likely still at CSG with an unsuccessful job search record. The Reality: most employers were targeting the cream of the crop last year. Today, nothing has changed in that regard.

"For the last few months, top guys have been struggling to get interviews.
It's not a good job market at the moment."
Some on this board who have been criticizing those who are left have been wondering why any of us are still here. If it wasn't for the above fact, I doubt CSG would have many employees left at all in the tech side of the house.
Google has just announced 12000 layoffs. It is not a good time for tech.
The truth is he's got people by the short and curlies and he knows it.
“ If he enforces his RTO dream the way the rumors detail, TK is going to get a huge shock from some of the most critical remaining teams in the entire organization.”
I haven’t heard a lot of rumors…what are you hearing?

"RTO, like every other TK initiative is a big fat joke."
But is he laughing at this joke? Or, maybe Krause will discover that the remaining retired-in-place employee base at CSG is not the same as those pathetic individuals that chose to stay put at Symantec and CA.
Lots of bold comments by 'Anonymous' employees, and yet they choose to stay (timid reality). Let's be honest, everyone that's a Citrix leftover will comply with TK demands.
“I left Citrix. I wasn't laid off but fu-k this company. Call me for the funeral.”
That was a d-mb move. You should have stuck it out and waited for a severance package like a lot of us are doing now. Put in the minimum work, get your package and hop on to the next gig.
I left Citrix. I wasn't laid off but fu-k this company. Call me for the funeral.
@1dly+1kL9TmZe Yeah a perfect game of "Chicken" with his employees. Who will flinch first? Personally, I hate playing games especially when they involve the stability of my life. And Krause is forcing all of us to play that game. I know how the game will end (my business unit going bye-bye) but I really wish it didn't have to end this way...
“It's a sign of the level of idiocy here that someone thinks he and his "team" can openly defy the CEO like it's the French Revolution. Yes, he can fire ALL of you, one by one if necessary.”
And yet here you are day after day hurling insults with anonymous individuals. Glad we’re not the only id--ts, b*tch.
Anyway. Back to the topic at hand - RTO is a joke. We’re not following it.
“I've forwarded this thread to Krause. I'm sure they can figure out who's who more or less. Good luck!”
What’s it like to have your head so far up CEO a** you can see digested corn?
“ Oh, he can definitely fire everyone. You are 100% correct--that is a private company's right. At least in states like Florida who have virtually no laws protecting employees. But that doesn't mean the company will survive it. It's also a private company's right to fail and fade into non-existence/file bankruptcy.”
Yes, yes, theoretically he can fire everyone. But if there’s one thing we know about TK (besides his gobbling down second and third helpings for dinner every night) is that he’s cheap AF and if he fires everyone there goes his bonus and any other kickbacks cuz there won’t be no company to lead. He needs people….what’s a CEO without a company? So I seriously doubt he’d fire everyone.
@qln+1kL9TmZe Oh, he can definitely fire everyone. You are 100% correct--that is a private company's right. At least in states like Florida who have virtually no laws protecting employees. But that doesn't mean the company will survive it. It's also a private company's right to fail and fade into non-existence/file bankruptcy.

"This will be easy. Krause will make a couple of examples of the people who refuse. "None of us are coming in! Wait, they fired Bob??"
Yeah. You can't fire all of us (despite it being TK's wet dream to do so) so I'll take my chances. So will my team. F**k TK.
Wait till the next GEM. TK already discussed this with the management team and how he plans on handling it. Nobody will be pleased.
