Heard in a meeting today GM is looking to reduce costs more. From what was discussed, it looks like they are going to start trimming near the top of the tree.
I guess the so called bottom 15% wasn’t enough.
They will probably just blame it on the excessive Tariff costs.

Some of the ones I worked with on the IT side are big headed, talk a lot, and think they know everything. They are the perfect candidates to be cut.
It would save a shitload of people who are really needed.
What level is staff system engineer? I will assume they are level 8+.
