I don't use those words lightly. I've worked at nearly a dozen companies in the past 30 years and I can safely say that yes, Teradata is the worst employer I've ever had. The company doesn't respect us. Nobody here realizes they need us. Instead, they see us as a burden and will stop at nothing to get rid of as many as they can - including making every hour we spend at work as miserable as possible. This is not a healthy work environment.

I guess that makes the original poster far more objective than people that are still working at Teradata after 10 years plus.
That type of tenure would be questioned a lot more by a prospective employer than when they evaluate someone who’s a lot more balanced and probably less opinionated than you.
Congrats on new job every 2.5 years @1kfw+1ggLsbDJ, you must interview really well. Must be the working part where you struggle👎.
TD is not the worst. I had a great experience but ultimately left because of a few bad apples, pay and concerns over the company making it long term. There is much worse out there!
Might be a bias of the most recent negative experience, not necessarily the worst. Happened to me as well. I have left TD recently and have also worked for many companies. TD is nowhere near the worst in my book. Agree though with previous comment that it seems to plunge precipitously...
The worst?? And then you double down by saying you don't use those words lightly - is it even possible to not use hyperbole lightly? And who is this "they", who intentionally schemes up ways to make every hour of your working life miserable?
Move along folks, nothing to see here.
I wouldn't say TD is the worst, but it is getting worse every year and I can only see that trend accelerating. Why would you stick around when there are so many better options?
Wow nearly 12 employers in 30 years? You have other problems.
