What's your malicious compliance method for your office day?
I have put my days in stone. If theres a f2f on my non-office day, I won't be there. No flexibility from you, none from me.

It’s a sign of someone who’s given up.
@4fho+1uH5qfY5
how do you have time to read a book during working hours?
I see many barely have time to eat lunch, even on their work from home days from the work demand.
At my allotted time I present my credentials at the entry door and find a desk in the corner where nobody will bother me. I work a few hours, read a few chapters in a book, go out to lunch and never come back. I am 500% more productive on my WFH days where I log in before sun-up and maybe even after 1800. Ludicrous that they make me go to the office.
Post ID: @1ket+1uH5qfY5: I am not joking, I really do minimal work. Please do not explain your lack of qualifications and abilities with what I do.
It's posts like uap+1uH5qfY5, that gives wfh a bad name and makes employers not trust employees and yank the wfh away from everyone.
He may be joking, but I seriously doubt it.
face 2 face
What does f2f mean?
nice job OP that'll show em lol
They ONLY want you to log 40 hours even though you worked more than that, so that they can sell on the next slido “See, no one works long hours. We make sure that work life balance rocks!!! We are so awesome as leaders.”
I enter the exact hours I work into PTS because that was the guidance from our tech leaders. This varies between the standard 40 hours to 80+ hours some weeks. The TPMs will send crabby emails about how I can only enter 40 hours but I point them back to our fearless leaders and they are too chicken to adjust my hours or message someone like Tim Ryan about this. Heavens forbid I report the ACTUAL hours worked.
I have specific days too. And do not work while at home for 2 days a week 😃. Save money on childcare, cleaning, shopping and also working on a side hustle. I will be starting freelancing project soon 😃.
