Thread regarding Sears layoffs

SB360 changed, something confusing.

Marshall, WP, & Brooklyn are closing soon, and Grass Valley closes in December. That makes sense. But what happened to the store in PR? It was pulled from the SB360 list, yet their FB page shows very recent posts:

https://www.facebook.com/searsnaranjito.pr/

They have posts as recently as Nov. 12, which don't make any mention of closing (they're in Spanish but you can easily translate them).

Google maps has the store listed as closed, but anyone can mark anything as closed on Google, and it's not always accurate.

So is Nanjanito (or however it's spelled) open or closed? If I Spoke Spanish, I'd call myself and ask.

No, they are closed. They were just a small format store that handled mostly pickups for online orders so they never had much "inventory" anyway, LMAO.

This thread is about the current status of Naranjito PR Sears, not Ed Lampert.

ESL's net worth is Transformco/Sears/K-Mart. Whatever else you may think of ESL, he is going down with the ship.

@2lvi+1dQgjQhf Tost?

@2rbf+1dQgjQhf Exactly right. This is a thread about the current status of Naranjito PR Sears ONLY, not about Edward's Wealth. Stay on topic or start a new thread. Mods, please do the honors and remove the off-topic stuff.

@1kds Sears and Kmart are just side investments for Eddie. His net worth is far more than $2.1 billion. You should see his huge mansion and estate in Hawaii.

Eddie's net worth is that much because Sears/Kmart isn't the only investment in his life. Just a small part...

Naranjito was spelled for you in your Facebook URL, and you still spelled it wrong. Fail.

If they DID close (in Puerto Rico), it happened with very little fanfare. I tried your link, and yes, I see mentions of Veteran's Day sales, very recently. I don't see anything on their fb page that remotely even alludes to a closing. But ya, it looks, from the SB list, that the only liquidating store that will see December, is Grass Valley (believe they're closing December 19?).
