Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Reap what you sow Lorenzo

Could be karma, incompetence, experience possibly. Maybe it's time for a change at the top, a real CEO, that might be able to cover their salary in a quarterly profit. You've run out of people to cut and equipment to sell, what to do now??

Management putting work outside fu---d BOD ABERDEEN, work went out never back in time, or just a fu-k up, and BOD shop floor left to sort it out,
Management didn’t give a flying fu-k, and still don’t,
Don’t blame the shop floor for management fu-k up

If all the service companies Fxxced up, the oil will become really precious and the oil price will be high and stable. The oil industry needs inefficient and lost CEO like him. He is the chosen one!

Optimists hoping another 30 yrs drilling left in Aberdeen but Bh pulled out 33 yrs early due to management f-ups and incompetence. HAL and Slb winning all the work now. Bh got nothing.

"Counting stop cards was the innovative management technique in Aberdeen office and then making up numbers to get awards. And no-one could see this?"

Halliburton does the exact same thing, that, and the innumerable buzz words and meetings and constant 'warning' about being behind on your Ilearns, or whatever the bu-----t training / policy of the day is.
And, management considers the BS as "success".

Counting stop cards was the innovative management technique in Aberdeen office and then making up numbers to get awards. And no-one could see this? Absolutely diabolical methods fit for the uneducated. It was no surprise all work was lost.

BH only went green because rivals were ki----g them. North Sea lost all their drilling contracts due to bad management and were going to be shut down anyway for incompetence. Going green was to save face nothing else. But that hasn’t gone well either.

I’d bet it is actually someone from a certain office of a division on the southern side of Houston where skin headed managers are a plenty. The proud boy Club is alive and strong here

Well, obviously, the trash who likes to drop the n-word into copy and pasted news articles cares about bh. Sitting around in his underwear waiting for his house to be foreclosed with a bud light. Living the dream.

I have a hard time understanding this CEO’s intentions.
The VPs are lost and the deliverables are anemic. The business shows almost no gratitude towards its customers. And the profit on this company is abysmal . I can’t imagine that working in such volatile conditions is fulfilling for ones sole.
I feel for all of you..
