How do u get 6 months of base pay? are those for directors/managers and above?
The 4 months come from 2 months on payroll and 2 months severance right?
I like humor as much as the next guy but the whole purpose of this site is to provide useful/actionable information to people that just got their livelihoods impacted si maybe keep that in mind before replying with BS....
Now, as far as I know, packages were at least no worse than in the last previous layoffs. 4-6 months base, plus 2wks per year. Also, for the in the US at least, RSU vesting guaranteed for the coming November RSU vesting. Hope that helps.
