@1k6+1jjsdz36a train them wrong and sabotage the project.
After the layoffs last week, everyone else was told they are "safe". Then this week the "safe" employees are told they have to train people offshore on their jobs. Basically everyone is safe until cheaper replacements are fully trained. So much for company values of inspiring trust and putting people first.
