Does anyone have information about potential layoffs in Dell Digital now that Cheryl Foulkes is leaving? Some people from my team have already been fired.

@1jzm+1sR4P209 thought that was all EMC fallout that Dell was on hook for after the acquisition. Which made sense when talking to EMC counterparts. It felt like that whole company was mostly stuck in the ‘60s in that regard.

A few years ago they sent checks to female employees because Dell got sued for discrimination. Sounds like they’re at it again. This is the most s-xist, anti-women place I’ve ever worked and they’re not even trying to hide it with DEI fluff any more.

I'm really curious if Cheryl left or was forced out. I know Kavitha and Teja (VPs in Jaynene's org) left of their own accord.
In reply to @1skg+1sR4P209 there IS a trend of female execs leaving the company to follow ‘other opportunities’.
I heard of another one (female VP) last week over in EMEA. However given the demographic ratio of female to male I’m guessing the gender metric will even out proportionally at the end of the process. Maybe.
So Dell really is pushing all the women execs out… good ole boys back in full destruction of anything tied to diversity
Yup! Just more corruption of this company being exposed on layer at a time or in this case seems to be many layers at once…. Lol
