Why the Indian bashing? Accept it! Your own American leadership had fun with your a$$ how else you would be here sulking, blaming, pointing fingers at immigrants for all your problems. How do you think they reduced cost that inflated stock price?

I’m American and I watched how this company laid off hundreds of employees and replaced them with foreign workers. I watched how the products fail now. Get it thru your head we aren’t racist we are sick and tired of going thru the burden of possibly being replaced by cheaper labor. You’re not talented, just cheaper.
@am they do. They’re American companies. Let’s see all there work force, buildings and upper management go abroad. We will stop buying their products. They would go belly up. Sure we would have no jobs or money to buy anything but they would be destroyed. Maybe you don’t know what it means to be American and sacrifice.

Companies that are considered as “Indian “ do hire Americans. Cognizant , infosys, wiper etc do hire local talent. If your sarcastic message is about you going to work in India, yes you can apply and get paid local salary. There are many entrepreneurs and foreigners in India. There is an American kid living in India who has established a burrito franchise in bengaluru! With most companies halting any H1B support, citizens will be the only ones getting those jobs. Most Americans with skills either have been promoted to high positions or have found greener pastures or have perfectly content jobs.

The culture problem comes from racist a--holes who think they are smarter than everyone and naively think a corporation headquartered anywhere has an obligation to Americans. Grow up.
Indians never invaded anywhere… everyone knows who invaded everywhere and plundered the locals!
If Indians were never allowed to invade the tech industry and treat the US like their own personal cash cow, a lot of problems with quality, culture, and communication would go away. Pattern recognition is not racist.
