Just a few more days and DXC will be a thing of the past for me. I gave notice, but not only because the new employer offered a higher pay, but primarily because I can't stand the way managers treat employees here anymore. Is it ok for a manager to yell at employees? Of course not.
If DXC wants to keep talented people here, it must not only compensate them adequately, but also understand that the most important thing for many employees is their dignity and their health.

We work to get paid! No pay increases , there no reason to have goals !
Learning AWS or Azure in the US is useless as its all going to low cost countries and there wont be position's at DXC for most of us. We might be able to get a job outside of DXC.
NO Pay increase , no additional work"
NO Pay increase , Less work !
No Pay increase , taking more time off work!
No Pay increase, NO setting Goals
Dxc and talent - hmm not seen that much.
The good feeling you get when you get out and start a new job, apart from the salary increase and annual pay rise (or a cost of living mandatory rise we all got in my current org this yr) is akin to buying a new car or house. It's all exciting and new and it lifts your mental well being up a few notches too. You will look back and wonder why you put up with DXC toxic city. I smile when I read the odd comment on here that says "Stop moaning. We should all work hard to turn this ship around" (although I think some just post those messages sarcastically like throwing a grenade into dxc.layoff to watch the downvotes. But when managers treat you like dirt, with no realistic incentive or reward, then obviously people are bound to say enough is enough and leave. People don't leave jobs, they leave their management or leadership. If they don't believe in the direction or have lost all respect, then yes - be fair to yourself and leave. Good luck to you. You won't regret it. I don't know of a single person who left DXC and regretted it. The pros outweight the cons.
