I come to office around 8:50a ish and leave around 4:40. Mind you I eat on my desk and rarely leave. I have glue myself but this stupid thing is giving me 6 hours work time. Like how is this even possible. This is meant to fail people’s career for sure. We can’t be productive and innovative because this stupid thing is tracking if we even go get coffee.

Gotta say I don't gaf for the most part as well and do my eight hours in the office. They can rif me, idk. I am more stubborn than they are and can stand my ground. I would rather stay employed however honestly being rif'd would not bother me. I do an honest days work however this nine hours in the office is BS and not going to happen and is not happening. I realize they don't care at the upper levels however it's their loss not mine, I'll be fine.
I just don't give a sh-t and take long breaks, then do an irreplaceable standard of work. Let them fire me or not give me a good review, who cares? I am just too lazy to get a better job after work, so it will only help me and Fiserv will lose out on talent. That's what has been happening anyway.
I game sapience every day I work, it certainly is not accurate and probably will never be. I wish I could tell you how but that would bring some heat! C suite you guys are fu--ing id--ts 😂. Up yours try to catch me.

I got a gaggle of men who chat constantly about nonsense all bloody day. They are the most unproductive corner of that section. One of them is a nepo baby. His mom is a director in the same department and her office is across the aisle from them. They don't have mom as a boss, though, and thinks they're safe from an RIF because of the nepotism.
Which is great! As long as no one ever needs to collaborate in person.

I found Sapience is pretty accurate in terms of recording interaction time with your computer. Perhaps you spend too much time talking to people instead of sitting at your desk.

I got booted and followed all the rules and came in Fridays for 6 hours all of 2024
Don’t stress this… do your best, do your work and keep looking externally.
There was a call a few weeks ago stating the RIFs were performance related which was an absolute lie so all this doesn’t matter

It doesn’t capture zoom or any other calls other than teams. I know bc my computer has gone to sleep in the middle of client zoom calls. Also it will say I had 8 hours of productive time out of 15 hours a day. And I wasn’t on the computer for 15 hours. Thing is stupid. I stopped caring bc if they want to get rid of us it doesn’t matter what sapience says. Just my opinion.
Not sure but you’re already short of the 9 hour requirement. It’s not even 8.
