@1heq+1vOp8kWO Thank you for your reply. I am going to agree and disagree with you.
I am long term Aetna employee as well. Long enough to know pre acquisition culture and business model and post acquisition culture and business model. Both culture and business model changed and not for the betterment of Aetna as a healthcare company nor for it's employees at all levels.😕😔
When you have healthcare CEOs making deals with acquisitions to play with stock market to make their billions - millions, "buy and dump" 😞. It's corruption at the top with no business model for those below. They are in it for themselves and nobody else. Hence the 30% bonsus for everyone else and 100% for themselves plus their shares. They will always win, there's zero motivation to have a healthy productive business model.
Theses latest good old boys club are just the latest cover on a magazine and have yet to prove anything differently. Give it two years and see if the bonuses are fair, if the stock market is no longer a yo-yo factor in a business model, and the stops are in place for insider trading and acquisitions dumping.
Far as RTO, the CEO and President has left it in a gray zone which reflects poor decision making. Leaving it at the whims of bosses.
If they were truly serious about having a buffet (hybrid, in office, wah same state, full remote anywhere lower 48) there would be a social media campaign.
I have yet to see this new model reflected in the reqs. Which is as speak turning away talent for all the tech WAH and full remote.
As someone mentioned below these townhalls are nothing but a prep rally for the jocks on the platform flashing there couple thousand suites and thousands of dollars watches, bragging about whatever's with a full budget for the jocks to "play football" with meanwhile the nerds have to attend the rallies to cheer them on and then go back to their low budget classes to figure out how the he-l they're going to make it all work. Just so they can be told next year you won't be paid fairly nor have a bonus like the jocks.
