Boy oh boy someone sure was quick to hit this site from 24 different browsers and downvote comments into oblivion the second people were critical of management. Folks struck a nerve, I guess. I can’t wait to see 27 down votes on this comment in 45 minutes.
@1jq This made me chuckle! Thanks! 😂
The absurdity reminds me of this old joke:
Customer: I’d like a cup of coffee, no cream.
Waiter: I’m sorry sir, we’re fresh out of cream but I can get it for you with no milk!
@1gt No worries, they don't know how to run OPW either.
Is OPW getting rid of NE management so they can try to hide the fact that running NE like it’s OPW isn’t working? The markets are wildly different and require different approaches and strategies, but it seems OPW convinced HQ they could “fix” NE without having any clue what it takes to run, modernize, and expand the network in NE.
@OP I’m experiencing intense JOMO (Joy Of Missing Out). The silver lining of being laid off is that I no longer have to deal with nonsensical reorgs!
In keeping with tradition, they’ll find a totally unqualified person and hand them the reins. Let the least qualified person win!
Hope they check Wisconsin. There metrics are really cooked
Absolutely no interdepartmental accountability. Good old boy network all the way. Bigtime cheating and doctoring of metrics. A deeper dive would really open some eyes. The AVP does have a really nice TV in her office to pass the time.
Hope the powers to be start with the AVP. Time for some competent leadership to fix all the interdepartmental issues. Time for some accountability. Huge potential for cost savings in this region.
