1. break code project wise
2. when we know the project, break module wise
3. which will help you reduce number of line of code.
4. Now put that code in prompt of github co pilot, and ask following thing
5. explain the code business level and tec level
6. create Jira ticket with requirement you will get information.

1. as person we want everything can put in plate and copy paste
2. as person I ask co-pilot/gemini/Open-ai/chatgpt and ask
3. a) what this code doe (business understanding)
4. b) give sample code in Java/.net/ etc

It’s likely mainframe support is outsourced. It’s really hard to find new people and most are retiring. Yet another huge technical risk the CTO failed to manage.

Hopefully it is not actual Indian - they only know what they can read out of a manual. Would be much better if it was "AI-artificial intelligence"
