As soon as they add COE (center of excellence) to any department name, we know for a fact that department is a joke!
My point was just made, TTS has been talking about it for over a year. All they have been able to accomplish is new job titles and a lack of direction. Why do we need 220+ scrum teams if we are going to be reducing volume of projects next year....more layoffs coming.
Clearly you are clueless in IT development. Target is late in the game with SDLC.
