Who is the SAP implementation Partner for SAP S4HANA & Central Finance? BH is wasting millions of dollars for this failure project, many of the Implementation team has knowledge only in Excel and in power point, no Knowledge in business nor in SAP

Not only the Indian Populatation, they lost many Federal and Oil Projects, so they are dumping their employees
India is leading the population and ACN deploying people in many folds, to make more money and to get more bonus, why you worry??
Whether it is me or everyone noticing the following? every day I see many new members getting added from the accenture (I am from the Customer Master team). What BH Leadership is doing? Whether this project is a Fixed Cost project?
I am not from IT, but hearing lots of noise and emotional outbursts with our counterparts from IT and only thing every one is saying is this SAP implementation is the Historical failure and ki-led their time everyday beyond 12 hours(With useless meetings and so many XLs etc) and the partner never listens to any of the BH voice and they travel in the dark closing their eyes and taking the BH into the dead end sooooooooooooon
Looks like BH neglected their due diligence.
Next week is my last with this implementation partner (I am with them for the last 12 years) and I was in this proect until April, the project failed/failing because of our Leadership all along, none of these Middle Level, Architects and other top level leaders have no insight about the Business nor about the technology. They want to get more and more bonus by reducing the workforce and dumping work on few work bees and so for they succeeded, but for sure , I would say the Overall design between all these Legacy systems to these S4 CFI could be the Worst of Worst. Please be cautious when you work with these so called leaders like Managers, SMEs, Architects, Leaders and they know only one thing collobration at golf clubs, networking at bars as simple as that
The info what we are getting is so worrying, BH had assigned another task to this implementation partner, that is to identify people from BH that can be axed from BH, around 20 to 25 % of downsizing is on the card, so we (BH employees) to be careful with these venomous imple partner
Yday both BH and imp partner top level leaders met and my boss told me, it didnt go well at all from the start to end. That Lady boss from BH, walked out few times due to the agony and frustrations with these *
Last week, the PainTURE (Impn Partner) jammed /collapsed all the Master data in Bangalore? Any clue when they will fix it? do they know what they have broken and the impact this had caused to the business?
I think their concern is not about SAP, rather they are upset about the Implementation Partner, i persume

They broke our FDMEE and HICKS systems, because of their nonsense design and poor implementation strategies, just update this, update that, XL sheet after XL Sheet, 5000 XL sheets for nothing, power point after power points, SICK People, SICK Leadership, TIRED of this ,not sure how BH chose these junkTURE as the implementation partner we can call them as butcher partner - our poor Fate
Nothing wrong with sap if you know how to use it. Like everything else people expect you to use it with no training.
BH leaders are carefully analysising the situation and looking for the EXIT criteria for this sap implementation Tragedy and disaster.

From Italy, we echo the same feeling that is the current implementation partner had ruined & Spoiled all our traditional business processes, specially Customer Master Data, they burried the S4 in an oil rig - hats off to those intelligent id--ts

OFS & OFE members are in extreme stress, because of this failed SAP implementation by this wolf implementation partner that is hunting just for dollars and invoicing BH for multiple million dollars week after week, month after month , this is not 100% collapse, this is 299% Collapse. Many senior and experienced BH IT professionals, moved to different projects or left the company.
If anyone wants to understand what a HE-L is then join this project, the ACCEn team will esnure to give that HE-L experience.

Baker doesn’t like Experts at the best of times, even more so if they are practical & experienced.
They tend to make the Brass look like the Self Obsessed Echo Chambers they are, & we can’t be having any of that can we?
And anyway, they can buy 3 Non-practical, Non-Experts for the price of somebody who actually knows what they are talking about, & that looks better for the PowerPoint Presentations.

I am from Bangalore Business team and in my 19 Years this is the BEST WORST Implementation I have seen, Unexperienced, NO SAP Knowledge, NO Master Data Knowledge, NO Business Knoweldge in short implementation team sc--wing the BH
Singapore SAP IT members are so badly hit by these Accenture Team, World Worst Delivery Team, even in the Global meetings Accen delivery manager speaking in their regional language to the team. Central Finance implementation is the year 2025 Joke, multi millions wasted by BH -- fire them immediately. Last year Accn crashed both the Vendor and Customer onboarding portals with their new technology
Baker had several high-level SAP experts with practical experience using it; however, they concluded it'd be better to lay them off and save money on their salaries. On top of that, they don't really like people telling them how things should be done versus how they are doing them, so they'd rather keep their boot lickers. We'll say to them whatever they want to hear; this is what they really need to hear.
Oh just add it on to the list of very expensive systems that Upper Management have purchased to make themselves look good, despite having little or no technical or systems knowledge to do so.
I can think of several right off the bat that have made things more inefficient at best, & been a complete disaster at worst.

That's how Baker Hughes tanked BJ Services. Overnight lost them millions of dollars due to sending pivot table buyers over there to switch from JD Edwards to SAP.
I am from London and its 100% True, first implementation in Last November was sucha a disaster, i think Accenture is the implementation partner, 95% of them are absolutely RUDE and disrespectful
