JNPR Still Pushing the Vax Mandate Regardless of TRO on WH EO

Other companies are NOT pushing this hard.
Cisco responded last night that they acknowledged the TRO. THATS IT.
The company I presently work for, after finally resigning from Juniper two weeks ago, DOES NOT PUSH THIS (they too are a fed contractor, i saw it in my contract).

But this morning we get an email from "leadership" basically stating in yellow highlight you're just a number because metrics and looking good is more important.

Are you awake yet??

It stops when you step up and make it stop. Lots of great talent have left Juniper. Sad days ahead for JNPR.

Continued mandates for vaccines that do not prevent you getting Covid nor from transmitting it to others is pointless. We’re clearly in the area of tyranny now. Let’s force this on the population to see if they accept it so we can more easily force the next thing down their throat more easily.

I agree with a previous poster, this ends when we stand up and say NO!! En masse!!

All companies with federal ties are mandated to do this. It's called an executive order.

Also, all companies -including JNPR- provide their employees a path to claim an exception based on a number of grounds.

Personally, I think the EO is complete bull. That said, I am fully vaxxed including the booster shot because of personal convenience and because it's a non-event' There are many things we do for convenience and compliance. No matter how well you can drive, you still comply and get a driver's license. Etc etc. as you get your immigration visa, as health check and vaccinations are standard.

So stop obsessing.

@OP+1ecs7bfk many of us still at Juniper feel the same way. Good for you for finding a job outside Juniper not pushing the mandate. I'm in sales not working on federal and I'm appalled by what's going on. Some of my long time customers told me the same thing and couldn't careless if a person is vaccinated or not. I hope Juniper HR and legal steps up and does the right thing soon.

OP is right, I recently left as well. I happened across this thread thanks to a friend of mine who is still hat Juniper and saw the post. It's not pushed at new place either. Something isnt right if they're still trying to push. This makes that stealth layoff idea more and more realistic.

Sounds like the OP cares about the people Juniper is trying to push into complying regardless of the TRO.
