Wow Tata consultancy contractors are totally ruining CVS inside out. I see these incompetent folks top to bottom ruin the engineering culture daily. Ex contractors engineering leadership playing politics, constant lies, backstabbing, harassing non TCS folks, nepotism. Come layoffs, hope some of them get shown the door. They are bullies at best, calling them leaders or coworkers is a joke. Can’t wait to quit the IT sh-tshow created by TCS

Lie harder. You are obviously TCS to have this opinion, neutralize harder. No one would buy that
100% they are and to harass FTEs as well. Name of the game here is chase out underperforming vendors and FTEs. End game is some FTEs remain to manage outsourcing arrangements. The faster you "cope harder" with that....the better.

Everyone, you can't really blame TCS for what the "boys" are asking them to do. They know exactly how TCS behaves.
Now if TCS meant/stood for "Tilaks Crazy Strategy" I would 100% agree.
Look at the leaders here ... not the vendors, they are doing exactly what is being asked.
Have similar experiences with TCS contractors and ex TCS. Dirty politics are the only thing most of them are still here

I agree . But Individual contributor roles are some what okay. When people from these consulting firms take leadership roles , they ruin the everything. They become bosses but not leaders.
Most of them lack reading comprehension.
