Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Jeopardy Daily Double

-These two companies occupied the same high rises in Houston

-Both company names share the same last 3 letters

-Both had leaders and analysts who were experts in hiding the truth

-Both had investors that were clueless while the companies were being chopped up and sold

-Neither company knew how to live within its means

What are Chevron and Enron? That's correct!

That's true, @-fof - I agree. No Chevron people were laid off without any severance and no pension, and lost the majority of their 401k savings like the Enron victims and Florida Gas, etc, and all of it's subsidiaries. These entitled little wussies on this site definitely are pitiful, pathetic and a bunch of little entitled spoiled brat crybabies. Chevron will be much better off without them, so it's a good thing that they are cutting the deadwood big time. I imagine that this is the last hurrah for the majority of these losers. Get your whining in while you can!

That's true, -fof. How many Chevron people were laid off without any severance, no pension, and lost the majority of their 401k savings? Well I have a relative who that happened to. You guys are pitiful, pathetic and a bunch of little entitled spoiled brat crybabies. Chevron will be much better off without you, so it's a good thing that they are culling the herd. I imagine that this is the last hurrah for the majority of you losers.

how dare you compared Chevron with Enron. You have no clue what you are talking about. Chevron never stole anyone's money or fudge the books. You need to test your theories about your next article elsehwere

Might just need to reduce the top level leadership and make a flatter organization. From a cost perspective, it's a bigger bang for your buck. You ever heard the saying, too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
