I’ve been hearing about restricted stock units being issued to certain employees.
Any one can shed the light on how much RSUs are given at different CL level? I heard this starts at CL26, how does it change along with CL increase and what rank performance are needed to be included?
Most will not get pay raises, but those in the top qunitile of CL 26/27 will get RSU and those in top 2 quintiles of 28/29 will get RSU amounting to 10 to 15% of salary. Executives in top 4 quintiles get them...but bottom quintile executives do not receive them. Be careful...being promoted from CL 29 to CL 30 can actually mean lower total compensation ..better to highly ranked CL 29 than poorly ranked executive.

Work hard, continually improve your externally marketable skills, teach others, do GI stuff, think of others before yourself. You may get rewarded. I sure have.

160 at cl26, 200 at cl27, top quintile, not just top 10%
When I was CL26/27 I got them when I was ranked in top 10%. About ten years ago it was 160 shares with half vesting after three years and the rest after seven. Four years ago it was 200 shares with the same vesting schedule.
Most MPT will be getting RSU in lieu of raises...
