03/01/2021 will be the first day of call back and 04/01/2021 Power will be hiring more employees. A 25% increase in workforce hourly GE will eliminate the poor performers on the salary non exempt side. They will double up the workloads on salary personal.

@1ihn+198Cic8z There's no way that's going to happen. When was the last time the company gave something back that as handed to them on a silver platter by our fine union representation? The CA was all about getting the "familia" protected, and the hall giving themselves a raise via higher job classifications.
20% of work force reduction? Around 130 union members out the door! So much for that CA agreement. Does that mean we go back to our old job codes?

So then why is the business agent going around telling people on 2nd shift theres a 20% reduction of work force coming.
