No Layoffs! Schenectady 273 is calling back members

03/01/2021 will be the first day of call back and 04/01/2021 Power will be hiring more employees. A 25% increase in workforce hourly GE will eliminate the poor performers on the salary non exempt side. They will double up the workloads on salary personal.

@1ihn+198Cic8z There's no way that's going to happen. When was the last time the company gave something back that as handed to them on a silver platter by our fine union representation? The CA was all about getting the "familia" protected, and the hall giving themselves a raise via higher job classifications.

So then why is the business agent going around telling people on 2nd shift theres a 20% reduction of work force coming. Why were the order numbers skewed just a little and why is schenectady gearing uo to be strictly a service shop, and and how could I forget stsckpit being upgraded to b rates and going to 2 families Winder and steam
