How many layers will be impacted on Monday? Just EMT-4 or even later below that?

Am EMT 6 and not impacted for Hk team
My C16 AND their C16 told us last week the announcements will start today, Monday 22 January and throughout the week.
This is all an eyewash. Smokes an mirrors.
With huge employee base and numbers planned over 2 years, that is simply achieved via normal attrition over the period.

Go in or don’t, doesn’t matter. It’s only a few thousand on Monday globally. Unless it’s your team, you won’t even notice or know ( except gossip). We had more than this let go in March and most of you were unaware.
@1qhd+1qEVlpMT Did RIFs last week include EMT-4 as well? Shouldn’t they have been notified before official announcement is out if they’re losing their job too?
I believe the teams under EMT-2 and EMT-3 will be released. Thus, the people in EMT-4 will be known as part of the EMT-3 team. Phase 3, executing in March will complete the near-term project and we'll know everything else. Based on RIFs last week - I believe this is correct but could have mistakes.
