Citrix leadership do not have to worry about how, when and whom to layoff in the next wave. Many in my group have resigned since last 2 weeks, and the news of someone leaving is just getting more frequent.
I also know that everyone in my team is preparing for interviews. Even my manager seems to be giving interviews as he is abruptly taking leaves.
This is what happens after every sh---y layoff. The best leave and what remains are those no one wants.
