@1j1 all that you said is correct -- I didn't see a public WARN notice but am in NYC and they gave me a 90 day non working notice period (full pay and benefits), so it's within the requirement. Other states have a 60-day notice period.

@1ht Really Sorry for the impacted folks. If you are in US, then HR will take at least 2-4 weeks in sharing preliminary severance details. Generally, for any questions, they will direct you to “connectone” and that will lead to a SNOW ticket with an approximate MTR of ~7 days. Did you get WARN notice ? Which business areas have been impacted ? Have they revoked your access ?

@OP Layoffs already started, Last week a few thousand were let go (source: I am one of them). The HR call is a group call as they do not have the admin capacity to discuss severance, process all documentation and payoffs in a timely fashion.

I mean have no credible rumors

but I have to think we are going to cut a bunch of heads. expenses are out of control and do you really think Jane and mark are going to deliver the 5% revenue growth (or whatever it was) needed for the efficiency ratios promised? especially with market uncertainty and the macro outlook?

Every month, someone post that “it’s happening” a few months down the road. It’s usually done to solicit a reaction. ( eye roll )

Thanks for the thorough and detailed information. Just like all the other ambiguous and completed unfounded rumors on this page. If it's true, provide details, otherwise stop the fear mongering.
