There is an end date on some of the offers
This is starting to happen in support. Not sure of the criteria because people are being told the offer is to be kept private.
Is the retention bonus designed to stop people leaving/resigning and that these folks will have a job in BC OR is it just a short term stay-on-bonus and then they will be made redundant.
Has anyone confirmed that this is true and that some people have been offered retention bonuses. If so, can you confirm which regions please (APJ, EMEA,NASA )

Because they are only interested in 'servicing' the top 1000 customers or whatever number they decide. All the others can be serviced by the channels/partners if at all. So yeah if you take each region and look at the top accounts/customers how many sales staff are required for those, + they have BC account managers and sales specialists and those from the CA/Symantec who survived...

This is a popularity contest. Same with jumping levels overnight. Teams with 7 or less badges beware. The culture is gone. No one cares what you do. Patients are running this asylum now.

Cool. Thanks for sharing. I guess I’m not in it. The last I checked I was in the top 1% list of those my manager wished would leave ASAP. Can’t fire me because you can’t explain why you’d that to a top performer. Can only hope to torture me until I leave voluntarily.
Top 5% are getting it. These are the folks most crucial for the product and will obviously be retained by Broadcom, as it seems. Only VP level folks know this.
