Has anyone received their letter from corporate?

I have received no letter and it is September 11th. B&N obviously does not have their act together
Sept 9th & no letter. BN has always moved as slow as a snail on everything. Why would it be any different now?
Yes phone calls were made. Letters should come by the 4th.
I believe managers have already made the phone calls announcing separations.
B&N has never been known for timeliness or good decisions.
