Every day I convince myself that here it is best to just act - to pretend to be doing something. This is probably the reason why the company has, in my opinion, more pretenders than hard working people.
How is it possible that those who talk a lot and do little are always more valued than people who actually do all the work? I don't understand that.

I have witnessed people who failed every single silicon they touched getting promoted. Silicon either works or it does not...it is a fact. Then I witnessed people whose silicon always worked being stuck in a limbo. It is unfirtunate but QCOM needs a huge overhaul. We need an Octane to ckean the ranks. CA is another HR lap dog. He has been a big disappointment so far. He looks like the shorter version of SM.
If you haven’t received offers from Apple/Google/Meta/…..etc, then you must not be that good. Might as well start pretending since you figured out how Qcom works?
Qualcomm whole company and business model is fake! Qualcomm needed a president to save the company and needed the Supreme Court to keep its business model… everyone at Qualcomm is fake… you just have a hard time comprehending this
