it would have been more appropriate to give everybody an equal monetary bonus such as the bonus shares we got recently .....

@2jpd+1i0gZZ6d Doesn't that depend on when you became a shareholder ?
I think you're doing better that SHEL shareholders have done. Dividend still poor and share price still under pre-covid levels. Why own this stock.
@1tdg+1i0gZZ6d If you are not a manager then you are certainly one of the lapdogs
If a lapdog is a lowly technician who does the bare minimum and is guaranteed a 1.0 every year then I guess that’s what I am!
How’s jumping through all those hoops, kissing cheeks, and trying to meet deadlines to only be grouped into a 1.0-1.1 every year working out for you?
I don't understand the original poster's logic of how it would have been "more appropriate" to give everyone the same amount.

@1tdg+1i0gZZ6d
You have a problem. How do you know the original poster was an engineer ? Such bias does not belong in this company ....
Would have been more appropriate to increase the median salaries / 100% PIR.
A 1-time bonus right before the shell people survey goes live--pretty clear what they're trying to do. The only mystery is why they care about the people survey now?
@1tdg+1i0gZZ6d Unless you’re an admin assistant or working at a call center in Malaysia we are all making above average incomes. And for the record I’m not a manager nor will I ever be one like you whiny over privileged ti--y baby engineers.
Take it because next they will offshore more US jobs with no SVS
@1hcg+1i0gZZ6d Spoken like a true manager with above average income .....
Shell gave out $1K in shares last year and an 8% cash bonus this year. Exxon gives out nothing.
Over at XOM we didn't get anything ..... you all lucky
Shell is giving out free shares? When was this announced?
Definitely not interested in more poor performing shares, I’ll take the cash please!
Lol…out of nowhere they give an 8% bonus, most likely to make up for disappointing raises, and people complaining about it not being equal. Do us all a favor and turn your badges in at the nearest gate when you leave today.
