They let go all the store front guides and coaches.

Worked for this company for 5+ years, had wonderful annual reviews by my TM, worked several studios and several workshops a week BUT I'm over 65 yrs old and terminated — hmmm??? All during a 4 minscripted phone call – really feel it was a way to use the Coronavirus to remove older working females — but prove it??? Right? Terrible company and the two women (Mindy and Oprah) should be ashamed of themselves. But they don't care.
It is a shame that company that has always been mostly a women based company is treating the female work force so poorly. I have been a member since 1985 when I was 23 years old, I have been on and off the plan many times. It is a great product but this is not the fist time since Oprah got involved that they have treated their employees sh–ty. Horrible company to work for but great science based diet. We can do it with out them. The stuffed shirts in charge are not the heart of the company it is these women who endure several hours of training every year to make $20.00 a week .who are or were the heart of the company. #bettertogether is BS!
No one was laid off ! We were terminated !
Not all guides and coaches were let go. They had no rhyme nor reason in who was let go.
I am a storefront coach and was not laid off.
Not true. They did not "let go" all store front guides and coaches. Unfortunately a large portion of service providers WERE let go.... but not "all".
