Atleast we BA's did our job diligently need to see how these Engineering team who always told they are technical team and depended heavily on TCS contractor will survive now. Technical Team always had good time when TCS team was there, good luck you lazy goose.

hey some more news hearing now contractors are getting into full time role
Outsourcing your IT talent to a third party makes no sense at all and those companies that do pay the price.
Tics contractors exist because target is to cheap to pay competitive salaries top entice talent
If TCS contractors are so very talented why are they still contractors?. Why cant they find job somewhere else?
TCS contractors will be fired in january.
