There's no such thing as an actual ethical company, nor is there such thing as an ethical agent. Spare us the rhetoric on cover-ups. This is sour grapes and horrible sales people. Bottom line.
So much corruption in the company! #aflac is NOT an ethical company. The “leaders” are willing to do anything to make a buck. Completely driven by greed. But they are very careful to project a positive image by giving away ducks and other philanthropic efforts. While those efforts may actually be good, they do not excuse the illegal and unethical acts committed by the company.
Employees will accept and defend this because they get EAW and a free duck every now and then. Nevermind Aflac pays well under market rate and withholds pay decent pay raises
Will be interesting to see how this plays out. As long as the agents and coordinators are making money for the company, Aflac will allow them to keep writing bogus business and holding apps to make contest.
