What do you all know about L3Harris Technologies

Hello,

I am looking into an opportunity with L3Harris (L3Harris Technologies). I am happy where I am now, despite of all the stories going on this website, but am okay and doing fine with my boss and team.

However, I have a good offer from L3Harris Technologies, and it is worth looking into.

Be honest with me, do you know anything about L3Harris Technologies? Would you move there or would you recommend it for a friend or colleague? Do you see it as a good company?

Thanks everyone.

Also, I have located former employees of companies through searching resumes on linked in or similar sites. I don't use the sites but I have found people very willing to comment on their own experience there when you reach out for their opinion of the place. Good luck.

I did some contract work for a number of companies over the years so I just research them some before I go. It's always a risk switching to a new company. There is always at least one bull in the china shop. I would say just leave on good terms so you can return if you want. I have returned to a couple large companies several times. Your skills will support you if you bring value.

Thank you. Do you think I can assume job stability with them? I want some sort of long-term move for now. Also, is your advise below based on actually knowing them or someone there, or just based on what you see online or glassdoor?

Interesting. Does pretty well on glassdoor. Solid upper management. Some merger activity in some divisions. 47000 employees. Government contracts etc. Its worth considering but you will need a government clearance and that can take a while.
